Michael Danielson who grew up with Johnny, my brother, and I worked with his mom as volunteer for their youth group, came over to show Whitaker how cool it is to be a firefighter!!

First Time Eating Spaghetti

What is about the first time they eat spaghetti or a peanut and butter sandwich - such a milestone or a complete mess!!! He loved it!!

Easter Egg Hunt/Eat lots of candy!!!

Our Baskets are Ready and so are we to go get some candy!!!









Then of course the whole goal of getting the eggs is so that you can come back and find out what is in them - Candy of course!!!!

































We could not have been more blessed with such a great day to play at the park, eat lunch and then get eggs and of course Candy.

Spring Blooms at the Arboretum

I just realized I did not take many pictures with the kids and flowers, ooppss!! This is our third year to go and of course had a great time. We went the week after spring break and no one was there - jackpot!! Whitaker and Brinley were able to hang out in the petting zoo for about 30 minutes or so. Then we walked around and looked at flowers and played and ran around. It was overcast!!! I think though this is my favorite picture of Creighton though!! Precious!!!

Spring Break - 2009

We spent Spring Break in Breckenridge, TX where Mama and Papa live. It was heaven, totally relaxing and fun! Creighton caught up on his sleep and Whitaker and Brinley just played played played. Whitaker got to ride a horse, Brinley has no desire to participate in that activity. At first Whitaker had no desire for that either but his friend, Jet, got on and then Whitaker instantly wanted to get on.

We played golf, played in the sand, swam, ate at Ernie's did all the fun things you can do over Spring Break in a small town in West Texas.
